Owns 17 Dogs, Paris Hilton Against LA Regulation
Paris Hilton revealed during Ellen DeGeneres’ chat show that she had dogs more than the regulation allowed. Yes she owns 17 dogs where the local regulations state that non-breeders can only own 3 dogs, it means she must give her 14 puppies away, what she’ll do, crying..?
Paris said she owned so many dogs because they kept getting pregnant and she thought it was cruel to give the puppies away. “They keep having babies and I feel bad about giving them away,” she explained. “If I had a baby and someone gave it away for me I feel bad for my dogs.”
