Britney Spears Still Not Fit To Participate In Court

After separated with Kevin Federline, Singer Britney Spears never stop trying to get back her custody of her two children from her ex-husband. She has good progress and been granted limited access for her children. Unfortunately according to the star’s lawyer she still not fit to participate in legal and financial affairs.
But a Los Angeles court heard on Thursday (29May08) that the star is still not well enough to participate in any legal proceedings, with her attorney telling the court that her doctor hopes to carry out “additional testing in the not-too-distant future”.
