As mentioned by a source, Hilary Duff in hurry left the red carpet when she heard that Joel Madden and his girlfriend Nicole Richie were coming to Cartier’s Loveday Celebration last week. Duff has broken her relationship with Joel Madden in 2006.

Duff and Madden dated for almost two and a half years, and the music man hooked up with Richie not long after their split in November 2006.

    Hilary’s alright. She’s just got more self-respect than some of the others. If I were there, I’d hand her a bottle of Purple and toast her good judgement.
