Another Beyonce song, “If I Were a Boy,” held at No. 3, and another former T.I. chart-topper, “Whatever You Like,” held at No. 4. Newcomer Lady GaGa’s “Just Dance” featuring Colby O’Donis rose two places to No. 5.
