After reaching 60 on Saturday (June 20, 2009), Lionel Richie still has the spirit of 1983. He still want develop his hobby – singing. He can’t imagine to quit music industry, it will be bored situation without singing in his rest of life.

The birthday boy says, “I like doing this. I don’t like fishing. This was my hobby when I started. This is how I got into the business when I started because it was a place to go to get away from everything.
